This screen helps customers see an overview of their stock – including available products, incoming orders, and stock at risk based on sales forecasting – helping them make data-driven decisions at a glance. Find out more here.

Stock Forecasting Replenishment Dashboard

This screen enables customers to see a full list of products that are running out of stock & quickly allows them to act on that by creating a purchase order. Find out more here.

Packfleet serve millions of Londoners, combining a top-notch delivery service with advanced technology to offer a carbon-neutral delivery experience. The Packfleet integration was designed to make it seamless to create shipments directly inside the Linnworks dashboard. With this integration you can:

• Automatically list orders from Linnworks in your Packfleet inbox to quickly create new shipments.
• Use tags to specify which Linnworks orders you want to import into Packfleet
• Filter order imports by postal code
• Automatically mark orders that have been imported to Packfleet as fulfilled in Linnworks

Starlinks Global enables customers to ship seamlessly from the UK and other origins. Customers can instantly access 200+ destinations with multiple delivery options that are fully tracked end to end. The Linnworks and Starlinks Global integration is now available in the app store, enabling smooth cross-border trade.

This channel integration allows B&Q orders, listings and inventory updates to be handled within Linnworks. This integration is certified by Mirakl and available via the app store (BandQ marketplace – diy.com. Certified and published by Mirakl).

Linnworks Mobile

New Mobile Login Process

The Linnworks mobile login process has been updated with improved security. A beta version of the Linnworks mobile android app is now available in the play store. We recommend downloading it before we fully release it at the end of June for testing purposes. You can download it here.

Amazon BOPIS

Live

You can now improve customer satisfaction by offering the option to pick up products purchased on Amazon from your offline store. This convenient and flexible buyer experience can all be managed within Linnworks.net. Find out more about Amazon BOPIS here.

Magento 2 – Channel Initiated Cancellations

Live

A cancellation initiated by the buyer or the seller on Magento 2 will automatically cancel the corresponding order in Linnworks if it’s an open order. The order will be moved from Open Orders to the Processed Orders screen, and reserved stock will be released.
