Royal Mail Barcode Manager Improvements

We’ve made improvements to our Royal Mail integration that has resulted in users being able to print labels 30% faster when a new tracking range is requested from Royal Mail. Please note, when a high volume of users are requesting new ranges at the same time, this may impact the label printing speed.

Order Management

Order Scanning Sound

Live

You now have an option to enable a sound in the Despatch Console when an order is successfully processed and a different sound for when there is an error. Find out more here.

Native TikTok Shop Integration

TikTok has become one of the fastest selling channels in the last few years, opening up the opportunity for you to reach new customers and expand your business by tapping into social commerce.

That’s why we’ve decided to bring our TikTok Shop integration in-house. This integration offers you one central location to manage your TikTok Shop listings, orders and inventory. TikTok Shop enables merchants to showcase and sell products for the TikTok community to discover and purchase directly through in-feed videos, live streams, and a product showcase tab. SHEIN Marketplace

Tracking Import and Process Macro

This application includes two separate macros that allow you to import tracking numbers and shipping services from Dropbox or SFTP and assign them to open orders in Linnworks. Once the tracking numbers and shipping services are imported, these macros can process the orders immediately if desired.

This app is now available to install from the Linnworks app store. Please note, this app has a monthly subscription fee. Find out more here.

Order Management

Pickwaves Sorting Order

Live

When generating a pickwave grouped by order, you now have the option to sort the orders within the pickwave by Bin/Priority or by Order View. Find out more here.

UK Postcode Formatting

Live

UK postcodes are automatically formatted by Linnworks, ensuring the postcode contains a space in the correct position as well as converting the postcode to upper case. This will apply to all orders received from channels or imported by files. This new feature will not affect any existing processes or workflows.

BigCommerce Listings Color Code

Live

You now have a wider selection of colors available for your BigCommerce listings. The full list of available colors are here and you can find out more about this improvement here.

Quickbooks Online

Live

We have launched our own free integration to QuickBooks Online, available now in the app store. The integration automatically updates your QuickBooks Online account with information from Linnworks. Sync order details, customer details, inventory details, purchase order and supplier details into QuickBooks Online. View documentation.

Live

Channel Integrations

Shopify Download On Hold orders

Live

You now have the option to download fully on hold orders from Shopify as unpaid and parked, so stock levels are taken into account. These orders will update to paid once the “On Hold” status is removed from Shopify. Find out more here.

Tesco Marketplace

Tesco, the largest online grocer in the UK, have now opened their ‘doors’ with a new marketplace where customers can benefit from an extended range of brands and products. At Linnworks, we’ve teamed up with Marketplacer to offer a Tesco channel integration where you can reach new customers while keeping control of your inventory levels across all your selling channels. Category Creation Redesign

Live

You can use categories to group similar stock items for better stock management. We’ve now made it easier to create categories in the inventory settings by redesigning and improving the usability of the screen. Check it out for yourself. Magento 2 listing template

Live

You can now automatically update prices in the Magento 2 listing template(s) based on the stock item’s pricing using product pricing by channel. Find out more here.

App Store

Postcode Symbol Swap

Live

This application streamlines your workflow by automatically replacing or removing problematic symbols, such as hyphens or special characters, in postcodes within open orders. It minimizes manual corrections and reduces the risk of delivery failures or data mismatches.
