Eliza continues, “We’ve grown significantly over the last year. The amount of clients and products we manage has tripled, and we’ve been able to keep up with that growth thanks to the technology we have in place. With growth on the horizon, San Pedro Packing plans to expand its warehouse space and team in the coming year. While the company is satisfied with SkuVault Core’s day-to-day functionality, there is one area Eliza hopes to improve: billing.

“The pain point for us is billing,” Eliza says. “As we continue to scale, we’ll need a more seamless way to integrate billing with the other functions of the software. Currently, it’s a manual process involving reporting and data sorting, and automating that would be a huge help.”

Despite this challenge, Eliza remains optimistic about the future and the role SkuVault Core will play in helping San Pedro Packing continue its growth. “We’ve been able to support our clients as their order volumes have tripled, and I feel comfortable that we have the right technology in place to scale even further.”
