The main reason we use Linnworks over any other program is the dispatching of B2C orders. We find that really easy.

I can honestly say, whether it was Linnworks or another system, you wouldn’t be able to manage an omnichannel ecommerce business without one.

The barcode scanning works phenomenally. That cuts down errors with sending stuff out, which leads to customer satisfaction, less returns and better stock control.

We need Linnworks to achieve multichannel growth. Being able to track the performance of different product lines -to-automation/ and reassures us that we’ll be able to build a presence on more marketplaces.

As we become proficient with the Linnworks platform, we’re finding opportunities to reduce the manual effort with picking, packing and manifesting orders. We’re excited about the potential of the platform and looking forward to optimizing our workflows even more with the guidance of our Client Success Manager.
